The blossoms on the Crab Apple tree are beginning to fall, so before that happens, I stood under it to take this photo, making sure not to annoy the busy bees!
Program for today: Short run 20 - 40 minutes at "
talking to the cows" pace.A few stretches first, then out along Old South Road, past the airstrip, for 20 minutes & back in 19 minutes!
