Intervals Ladder

I had planned a run/walk for today but the weather wasn't very inviting, so over to Henley Brae pool for another hard workout!

5 minutes warm-up
1 min hard 1 min easy; 2 min hard 1 min easy; 3 min hard 1 min easy; 4 min hard 1 min easy; 3 min hard 1 min easy; 2 min hard 1 min easy; 1 min hard.
5 minutes cool-down

I was almost out of breath by the time I finished ploughing through the water!
