Adding an easy run Monday and alternating track with hill repeats ...... all because motivation is sadly waning and perhaps a few changes might halt the decline! I've taken a few ideas from Hal Higdon's Half Marathon Training.

An easy 5km MAF heart rate run + stretching and strength.
