Physio & Hydro
5 min warm-up
4 x 5 min hard
1 min recoveries
5 min cool-down
This was a hard session in the pool at BPH
! I finished red-faced, puffing and sweating! However, I'm feeling fitter each day and will be a real menace when I run the roads again!
