The Waiting Game ~~~

...is no longer a game!  After a full week of resting a painful knee, there's no improvement at all and I'm tired of waiting and resting, so......

tomorrow, I will tape my knee, and go for an easy jog and see what happens.

    Good luck. Caroline, one of the Speedygeese champions (65?) always has her knee bandaged. Whatever it takes to get out there and enjoy this winter sunshine!
