You gotta love those rest days. You were right to take the day off and listen to your body. We should all do it a bit more. Sometimes the goal of a race or a weekly mileage tally etc gets in the way of listening to our aches and pains.
Note to self - have an extra rest day this week! Keep it up chickybabe and I'll see you in Canberra running well.
