Cross Training


Yesterday, Monday, I rested! Today I did some cross training near Renwick soccer field.......

15 minutes warm-up jog.
17 minutes drills & strides.
20 minutes : jog down Bong Bong Road to Old South Road/2 x 400m hill/jog down between each/jog back to car! MHR 147 (93%)....

Total 52 minutes

  2. No Scott, she was supposed to be heading goals and dribbling the ball through cones.

    And LLs, didn't some coach tell you to take it EASY on x-training days?!
