Cross-Training Again...Monday & Tuesday
Monday : brisk walk 30 minutes with the dogs.
Tuesday : 2km warm-up; 25 minutes drills; 5 hill sprints of 10 seconds each....flat out.
Two easy days before a hard track session tomorrow.
