In the Water.....

Today, I did 45 minutes water running and stretching at Henley Brae pool where it was lovely and warm and, as usual, I had the pool all to myself!

    For a moment I thought you were going to talk about running in the water, meaning rain and puddles. There's been lots of both here lately!!
