.......by way of some long hill repeats. This was a short but fairly tough cross training session with much puffing for the last 30 seconds. It felt like I needed an oxygen mask!
Short warm-up from the school to near the bottom of Bong Bong Road.
8 x 90 seconds run uphill
Slow jog down.
I don't know the distance or heart rate as I didn't bother with the Garmin; I just took a stop watch and know it was hard work..... and that's enough!
