12 - Rest (What a blessing! My legs are so stiff I'm walking like an old woman!)
13 - Rest ( ditto, the above!)
14 - 15 minutes 'easy'
15 - 15 minutes 'easy' .....change to 30 minutes easy
16 - Rest .......change to 15 minutes + 3 - 4 strides at the end.
17 - 20 minutes 'easy' ...........change to "Rest".
18 - "Canberra Times" 10km......part of Flash Duck's "Cool Running Team"!!
LL well done on a great half marathon - good to see you enjoying yourself! I can relate to the stiff legs - mine are not cooperating at all today. Fortunately I have a massage soon - hoping that will encourage them to work again! Looking forward to meeting you on Sunday - I'm part of FD's CR team!
