Edit: Just realised that today was not a rest day!
I should have done a short, easy 5km...well, too late now! 9:45 p.m.
I too have been working on my core strength, with a beginners pilates class, which I can highly recomment and a second time throughout the week I repeat many of those exercises and another session of push ups & sit ups & crunches. I have been doing this for a month now and visually I have noticed the difference but also my coach has mentioned when doing the short sharp work I appear to be holding my form better and for longer.
