It hurts me no end to have admit to not being able to count to 6 without making a mistake, but that's what happened at track this morning and so I ended up doing 7x1200m! To some that will come as no surprise but never ceases to amaze and annoy me!

I was pleased with all times and nothing too difficult about this workout at all. I have to give due credit though to Virtual Partner who kept me honest by forcing me to stay ahead of him for all repeats.
Tee hee - that's why you were an English teacher and not a Maths teacher. I can totally empathise with that!
ReplyDeleteDoesn't surprise me. See, the problem is that women can't do two things at once... running AND counting ;) I'll give you a tip for next time - carry six 5 cent pieces and drop one on the ground as you finish each 1200.
