Cross-training ~

Stationary Cycling

8 min warm-up
30 min moderate (90-100rpm)   No way!
7 min cool-down.

I cannot get comfortable on this seat!  I tried a cushion and my feet couldn't reach the pedals; I tried a thick towel and it kept slipping off the seat; nothing else but to grin and bear it.

Warm-up
30 min @ somewhere between 70 and 80 rpm!
Cool down

For today : 45 min stationary bike
