5km Easy ~~~~
No warm-up; no cool-down. 5km easy on Bowral Parkrun course. Only one puddle to negotiate!

Splits : 7:48; 7:16; 7:12; 7:08; 6:54 ..
.. faster running uphill than down!
TE 3.5 = Improving!
