Track at Chev. ~~~~~

My narrow grass lane was muddy in parts; windy on the oval.  Not such good results!


10-20 min warm-up ....I did 10 min.
3 x 1600m (400m RI)
10 min cool-down ....I did 5min.

3 x 1600m :  11:37;   11:22;   11:12 ... VP did each rep. in 11 minutes!!
