a Few Strides etc. ~~~~~

At the same incline as a week or so ago :  first, a few drills followed by 6 x 80m uphill strides.  Perfect Spring day; hard to see that the weekend is to be wet for Sydney Running Festival.

I'd have made short work of that child!!
