PROGRAM:
LADDERS (but I wasn't wearing stockings!)
5 minutes warm-up..funny drills!
1 min hard, 1 min easy; 2 min hard, 1 min easy; 3 min hard, 1 min easy; 4 min hard, 1 min easy; 5 min hard, 1 min easy; 4 min hard, 1 min easy; 3 min hard, 1 min easy; 2 min hard, 1 min easy; 1 min hard.
5 min cool-down....swam a few laps and then floated!

ReplyDeleteRuth will be on the weekend. She needs stockings to cover up the gravel rash from falling on her backside on Wednesday's run.
