1 min hard 1 min easy; 2 min hard 1 min easy; 3 min hard 1 min easy, 4 min hard 1 min easy; 5 min hard 1 min easy; 4 min hard 1 min easy; 3 min hard 1 min easy; 2 min hard 1 min easy; 1 min hard.
5 min cool-down....slow laps!
