Beautifully cool, sunny morning, but 10km just about does it for me at the moment. I'm puffing like mad on hills that, a few months ago, I used not even notice. I'm learning for the first time that getting fitness back is a slow and tedious road!
You're right! It's taken me since this year's 6' in March to see a fitness improvement ;)
