Short of the Mark!
Virtual Partner wins again on the track, but for a short time I was close behind. I think those fancy racing flats held me back!
Chev Track Program:
10-20 min warm-up
3 x 2000m @ 6:12 min/km
10 min cool-down.
2km warm-up + few drills
2000m @ avg. 6:14 min/km AHR 84%; MHR 88%
2000m @ avg. 6:35 min/km AHR 82%; MHR 89%
2000m @ avg. 6:30 min/km AHR 82%; MHR 89%
Recovery intervals were 5 -10 min before I could start the next repeat!
1km cool-down + stretches
I was struggling with all three 2000m repeats and almost gave up after the second one, but the thought of letting VP off so lightly brought me back to the start for the last one!
