Chev Track
Cool, almost cold start to the day and the season but soon enough warmed up!
Chev Track Program:
10-20 min warm-up
1km, 2km, 1km, 1km...
(1km @ 6:04 pace; 2km @ 6:14 pace)
400m RI
10 min cool-down.
Just as I finished the warm-down, dozens of students arrived! Luckily I'd made an earlier start than usual and I had only a few stretches to do so that was OK. I didn't find the session hard at all and think I ran goof!
3km warm-up + few drills and strides
1km repeat 6:00 m/k
2km repeat @ 6:13 m/k
1km repeat 6:00 m/k
1km repeat 6:00 m/k
1km warm-down + stretches
Total = 9km

You did run goof. The first real signs of Autumn here today. Runners from Geoff's Metro group were in a rush to get their jumpers on after the run!
