30 minutes this morning just jogging along; another late night to follow with TDF back on. It's frightening just how strong those guys are! Scenically beautiful as well.
No what you mean about the tour. Have been following it as well. Last Friday didn't quite make it to the end and fell asleep on the couch with 10k to go. Woke up to the commentators saying what an amazing finish it had been by McGee. Doh!

Whilst I am only joking it does make me run more consistently knowing Tesso will call or email me to find out what I am doing that day and then knowing I have to blog as well.
