Today 8km on flat road :- 25minutes jog/5minutes fast walk (repeat). Time 62 minutes & no leg pain; still some weakness in the left leg; continuing with lots of strengthening exercises......seems I spend more time lying on the floor than I do standing up!
Absolutely thrilled that you are back running pain free Chickybabe. Remember, we've got a date on April 9. We've got to get to that start line.
