Easy 5km

I included a little more walking this morning than in Monday's easy 5km....a bit stiff from yesterday's hill session ....and thinking about tomorrow's tempo run.

Program :  5km easy running (65-75% of MHR) + Strength

5km in 43 minutes
AHR 65%;  MHR 82%
Strength....same as Monday.

Nice morning for an easy run....intermittent sun and cloud breaks, quiet streets and didn't see another living soul!
