Hills ~~~

This was tough enough!  I had thought the hill I intended using might not be steep enough but I suspected I could be wrong after the first repeat and was definitely sure after the last one!  I chose a long uphill street in Renwick.  The morning was cold and like rain and my puffing could be heard for quite some distance I'm sure!

Program :

6 x 200-400m hill repeats

6 x 400m
 Warm-up 800m... incl couple drills.
8 x 400m uphill.
Jog down between each.
Cool-down &
 Usual Stretches.

AHR 70%;  MHR  88%
