Before ACTVAC Half Marathon ~~~~

  Leaving at around 5:00am tomorrow for Canberra.  I have a head cold starting up so I'm sipping a hot drink of lemon and honey (minus the shot of scotch!), right now at 8:00pm whilst sitting up in my bed!
