Easy Run ~~~

Just 5km easy on Bowral Parkrun course this morning and what a glorious morning and day it is here!  Difficult to think about Canberra being wet for Sunday's ACTVAC Half Marathon.  Oh well.....might be more fun in the rain 



... and slower!!
