Too Many Hot Days...

So I haven't been updating the blog, but here goes for the past few days.

Friday, 39th Jan. :

3km warm-up

Hills .....(a steper one than previously used!)
3x 30 seconds run uphil.
Walk down recoveries
1km warm-down.
