Some easy Days Are hard!

I only had to do :

Program : 3km warm-up
6 x 100m strides...walk back to start
1km warm-down.

....but I was still tired at the end of the session where I ran the strides along one side of the soccer field. I went home, showered & during the afternoon had a good lie down!
