CT ~~~~~

Lovely, sunny day and I feel like I should be running!  However, the program says cross training and cross training it is :

Stationary Cycling: (from F.I.R.S.T. Training)
10 min easy
2 x (1 min hard, 3 min easy)
5 min easy.
