To this I added:
10 min brisk walking warm-up
10 min cool-down walking.
30 minutes easy run
3.5km
AHR 81-89%
164spm
TE 3.3 = Imroving!
Very windy again but no problems with hamstring during or after the 30 minutes; took it easier than program suggested but with no walk breaks.
Altogether 50 minutes today.

Wow, you're doing so well already! Very nice TE. Be extra careful at the Parkun - keep a good bit in the tank.
