Warm, sunny morning; ran on Scarlet St instead of Chev. track. Quiet street, bitumen surface, fairly flat. Better than the rough grass on Chev track oval. Repeat of last Tuesday's track with better results!
Program: 1k warm-up 4-8 x 1000m VP @ 7m/k. .... I did 4! 1min approx. RI walking around 1k cool-down.
