Tuesday's Track ~~~~
Chev. oval, lanes no longer visible.
Program:
10-20 mins warm-up
2 of 4 x 1200m ... both slower than VP!
Changed to 6 x 100m intervals by running the long sides of the soccer field and walking the short sides as RI.
