I didn't do much today after yesterday's effort...in fact, no running at all. I took Oscar and Amy for their usual daily run; I dug and weeded a couple of garden beds; I went through the exercises in the 'Pilates for Runners and Cyclists' DVD......and that was it for today......a dull, overcast sort of day with an occasional drizzle.
Tempo run tomorrow.
