I did 12 x 200m
1:13; 1:13; 1:14; 1:14; 1:18; 1:18; 1:13; 1:13; 1:14; 1:15; 1:14; 1:13.
12 repeats were enough! A fairly hard session. Grass track dry, but spongy.
Consistent! Just under goal pace too, so well done!
