This morning 13km, including 8 X 100m strides. Now this really gets the heart rate going upwards to 94% of max. Enjoyed the session, especially the run home after the strides were done! A pleasant, warm morning.
Heh chickybabe, running 78km a week and with just over 12weeks to go - doing well. I hate those stride things, like you said it really gets the heart rate up and the gut churning. Looking forward to cheering you on in Canberra. Keep up the effort. Incidently what mileage do you plan on getting up to when you peak for the Canberra Ultra??
