With only 3 weeks till Canberra, I'm hoping I didn't push too far today, because at the finish of the planned 40km, I felt totally wrecked! Anyhow, that's it for the long runs. Nothing more to add & even if there was, I'm too tired to add it.

I'm not surprised you are tired Chickybabe. You have trained the house down over the last couple of months. Now you can relax the body and soothe the mind (or is it the other way around). Enjoy the taper period and we will see you fit and raring to go on April 10 in Canberra.

Does anyone not feel wrecked at the end of a 40km training run LL? I knew there must have been something to write about yesterday. Not gliding into the wild blue yonder but a birth. You can read my blog tonight - it's long - but so is the 6 foot.
