"Easy" Gym Session.

Option to rest or 'easy' gym...I took the latter & did 20 minutes on the Elliptical Trainer, followed by leg presses, followed by 10 minutes on the bike (set on hills), followed by 5 minutes walking on the treadmill (to stretch the legs out).

  2. Hi LL, I posted one comment without editing and was a bit embarrassed by the mistakes and omissions.
    I took the easy option on the weekend and slept in. I justified it by thinking about the Toowoomba Marathon which I am doing on Sunday. I hope to take that easy as well...if there is such an option in a marathon.

  3. Guess what? I received a letter today addressed to "wombatface" with a detailed map of the 6ft track.

    There were photos of local fauna including the Eastern Brown Snake and the Common Wombat. Do you think we will see either on our big adventure?

  4. I didn't know there was any such thing as a COMMON Wombat!!

    I don't think we'll see either on our big adventure, but we might come across a hairy mammoth or a pterodactyl!!

    Just your fairweather blogging friend clocking in again! I do try and make a point of visiting peoples blogs but to be honest it has been some time since I visited and commented on quite a few.

    Talking of fairweather (or lack of!), we also had quite a windy day last sunday, however nothing like the winds you received. I notice also you are doing the Fitzroy Falls 10k event, I wish I had known there was a shorter event as I may have come down, maybe next year. Have a good run, a few crs are going down for the marathon I know.
