OCTOBER

10 - 6km 'easy'.
11 - Rest Day or Easy Gym.
12 - 1500m on grass track : 20 mins. warm up; 4x100 strides; stretch. Bit slower than 445m
pace, but 'evenly' all the way.
13 - 10km 'easy'
14 - 4km 'easy'
15 - FITZROY FALLS 10km

16 - ??
