Continuing to 'Maintain' ~~~~~

Just made it into the "Maintaining" category today!  An unpleasant, windy morning when I left the Highlands School at 11:00am.  I moved on to Week 5 in C25k to add a little more time to the session.  Hopefully, back onto my 5km program next week.


Week 5, Day 1:  45 minutes
Brisk 5 min walk warm-up
Jog 5 min; Walk 3 min
Jog 5 min; Walk 3 min
Jog 5 min; Walk 3 min
Jog 5 min
5 min walk cool-down.




AHR 97 (61%);    MHR 123 (77%).
TE 2.0 .....  Maintaining!
