"Maintaining" ~~~~~ Continuing!

A warm and very windy day!  Started 'fitness' run/walk at school, to Diamond Fields Road and back to school.  A couple more hills today and all OK!  Feeling stronger each day....woohoo!

Jog 5 min
Walk 5 min cool-down
