Program : 25 minutes stationary cycle + 25 minutes form drills. I didn't do the drills...not ready for that yet! Stationary cycle : 30 minutes @ 85 rpm.
I've been a bit dogged with injury recently so have broadened my horizons until I can run again. Hence the swimming and cycling.
I have my sights on an "enticer" distance triathlon in Feb 2007 which is a womens only event. It is a 250m swim, a 10km bike ride and a 2.5km run - very achievable for a slow coach like me. The bike and the run should be ok but the swimming is a bit of a challenge seeing that I only started to learn to swim over last summer!
:) It shall be an interesting read in the lead up to C2S for sure! The new running buddy is a guy from the lake Ginnindera run I sometimes do, I believe a few months ago I chased him to a pb. It looks like we won't 'go out' at the moment, but maybe we'll run together in the future...if I speed up!
