Nothing wrong with a moderate day. It's when you string too many moderate days together that it can become a problem I think.
Ha ha, I had one of those days too. I had planned a walk and a gym workout but did neither.At least you are going to do something!

It's good to be flexible with the training.Sometimes, the mundane and routine can be something a variation will provide mental stimulation for you.
Sometimes you just need a break!Don't feel bad at all.R2B
