Program: 50 -65 minutes at an easy pace...'talk to the cows' pace.........
The cows pretended to listen......
A bit windy, but sunny along Diamond Fields Road; felt good to be out in the sunlight, fresh air & open spaces. Jogged very slowly for 66 minutes according to Mr G-armin, and covered a measly 7.1km....but I enjoyed it!

As long as the cows don't start arguing with you. Then you will know that you are in trouble. Hope to catch up with you at the Sydney Marathon Festival. Hope you are holding up okay.
