......awake and back on the road!
Program : 5-6km 'easy' run @ low heart rate.I ran easily for 6km along Diamond Fields Road this morning : first run in just over a week. HR = 70-80% of MHR.All the little niggles have gone & I enjoyed the run - and that was something I was forgetting to do & the reason I took time out.
