5 Weeks to Gold Coast Half Marathon....
New program starts this week:
Monday : Long Run - 1 hour 45 minutes.
Tuesday : Rest
Wednesday: Easy Short Run.
Thursday : Track.
Friday : Easy Short Run.
Saturday : Rest.
Sunday : Long Run - 2 hours.
