Instead of going to Chev College to use their track, I went to Renwick soccer field again.
Program : 2km warm-up, stretches, light drills.
16 x 100m strides. Max heart rate on strides not over 86%. 100m jog recoveries between each.
Warm-up etc. OK, but I finished after 8 x 100m. The remaining 8 would not have been run well...so better not run at all!
2km warm-up
8 x 100m. MHR = 84%.
Distance = 3.6km
You're learning something - must have had a good teacher. 8 done well is goof!
