Long Run ~~~~~

I don't want to even think about parkrun yesterday (42:17) let alone see my time in print, so I'll move right along to this morning!  Hot, but cloud cover and a good breeze kept conditions pleasant enough; carried a bottle of water.

Long Run 8km

I walked the first 1km;  jog/walked 6km; walked the last 1km.

For a second I thought I was seeing things, but no, standing in a paddock was a camel!  I said, "Hello, Mr. Camel!"  When he didn't respond, I decided to move on!
