Easy Run

I wouldn't go out in the wind again after last Sunday, simply couldn't! I went to the gym instead & did the 25 minutes + 4 x 100m strides on a treadmill; had a shower, came home feeling civilised & quite pleased with myself for not opting out of the session altogether!

Tomorrow is going to hurt, but "without killing yourself" as Ewen says! Grrrrr session!

All the 'stuff' for Blackmores Half Marathon came today...bib #4164.

  1. Sounds like a very sensible adjustment to the plan LL. I can't wait to see your results soon.

  2. Thanks for the comments on my Blog. It was a fun run for me on Sunday. Hope the City to Surf is the same for you. Luckily, if you don't run up to expectation now, you can blame you coach.

Nothing worse than running in a cold wind except cold wind and rain, or cold wind and snow. Takes me back to when my wife and I ran in London. I always wore gloves and a beanie in winter.
